Visa applications
Tourist, student, business, work and family applications for Europe, the UK, North America, Australia and the Gulf. Document preparation, form filing, appointment booking and a pre-submission review.
Most refusals are avoidable, and most wasted money is a flight booked before a decision arrived. TRAVIGLOB prepares your application against the checklist the consulate is actually using today, and books the travel around the date it is actually decided.
Globally working across Schengen Europe, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, the Gulf and Asia.
Every service below has its own page setting out what is included, which documents are needed, and how long it really takes.

Europe, Dubai and the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Itineraries built so that what satisfies the consulate is not the same thing that costs you money if the answer is no.
Apostille and embassy attestation, passport assistance, insurance that meets consular cover requirements, forex, and managed corporate travel for companies with people moving regularly.
These are the three things we do differently. They are also the three things that cost us business, which is roughly how you know they are real.
Consulate requirements change without announcement, and outsourced visa centres change them again. Every file is built against the checklist published by the specific post handling your case at the time you apply. You get that list in writing before you commit.
Appointment dates, flights and hotels are sequenced against each other. When a slot moves, the itinerary moves with it. Splitting these between a visa agent and a travel agent is why people end up with a valid visa and a fare they cannot use.
If a profile is likely to be refused under the current rules, we say so, explain what would need to change, and decline the work if nothing can. A refusal sits on your record and follows you into the next application. That is worth more than one fee to us.
From the first message to the day you land. Five stages, and you know which one you are in at any point.

Twenty minutes on your purpose of travel, history, funding and timing. This is where we work out which route and which consulate, and whether the plan is realistic.
You receive the specific list for your case, the appointment position, our fee and the government fees as separate figures. Nothing is chargeable up to this point.
Forms completed with you, documents assembled and indexed, letters drafted. Then a review pass whose only job is to find what a visa officer will query.
Slot booked, biometrics scheduled, file submitted. For routes with an interview, a preparation session on the questions that are actually asked.
Once the decision is in, provisional bookings become firm ones. You travel with a single contact who is awake in your time zone.
Each route has its own rules, its own timelines and its own failure modes. These are the ones we file most often.

| Destination | Common routes | What usually holds it up |
|---|---|---|
| Schengen Europe | Short-stay tourist and business, national student visas | Appointment availability, and applying to the wrong consulate |
| United Kingdom | Standard Visitor, Student route, family visits | Evidence of ties and funding, not the form itself |
| United States | B-1/B-2 visitor, F-1 student | Interview slot waiting times, and DS-160 inconsistencies |
| Canada | Visitor TRV, study permit | Biometrics scheduling and the purpose of travel letter |
| Australia | Subclass 600 visitor, subclass 500 student | Health checks and document translation |
| UAE and Oman | 30 and 60 day tourist, transit | Photograph and passport scan specification |
| Southeast Asia | E-visa and visa on arrival | Rarely the visa — usually internal transport and season |
Every one of these has a page of its own with the full document list, the timeline and the questions people actually ask.

No. Every visa decision is made by a government authority against its own published rules, and no agency in any country can guarantee the outcome. TRAVIGLOB prepares the file so that it is complete, consistent and matched to the current checklist, and tells you before you pay if we think the application is likely to be refused as things stand.
Consulates work to a 15 calendar day decision target, extendable to 45 days where further documents are required. In practice the constraint is appointment availability rather than processing, and in peak season that can mean booking four to eight weeks ahead.
You need a confirmed itinerary for the application, not paid tickets. TRAVIGLOB arranges reservations that satisfy the consulate and converts them to firm bookings after the decision, so a refusal does not also cost you the fare.
No. We provide document preparation, application filing support, attestation and travel booking. Giving paid immigration advice is a regulated activity in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia among others, and where a case needs it we say so and work alongside a regulated adviser rather than in place of one.
TRAVIGLOB operates from HITEC City, Hyderabad, India, and works with travellers and applicants heading to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, the Gulf states and across Asia.
Our service fee is quoted per application or per itinerary after we understand the case, and it is separate from government, consulate and visa centre fees, which are set by the authorities and paid directly by you. You get the fee in writing before any work starts.
Send us the outline — where, roughly when, and who is travelling. You will get a document list and a written quote back within one working day, at no cost and with nothing to sign.
